Larkspur completed a 50-year social infrastructure plan for the Dene Tha’ First Nation, guiding long-term community investment across three Dene Tha’ communities. The plan identified opportunities to expand and strengthen social infrastructure and services, including housing, health, education, cultural programming, and community supports.

Our work included developing comprehensive operational and capital budgets, modeling staffing and program requirements, and outlining phased implementation strategies to ensure sustainability over time. The plan now serves as a roadmap for decision-making, funding advocacy, and coordinated development across multiple levels of government and community partners.

We recognize, honour, and give thanks to the original caretakers of this land, and commit ourselves to building respectful relationships with the peoples whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to shape this place.
