Guided the evolution of TELUS Spark’s vision, resulting in broad community support and a renewed plan for future growth.
Larkspur, supported TELUS Spark through both the development of the original vision that guided construction of the Science Centre and a renewed visioning process in 2021. The work included designing and delivering a city-wide engagement process involving focus groups, surveys, educator and stakeholder workshops, and facilitated dialogue with community partners and municipal representatives. The refreshed strategy aligned Spark’s mission, audience needs, revenue model, and capital planning to support future expansion, programming priorities, and visitor experience enhancements.
