Larkspur is supporting Vecova in exploring redevelopment of its northwest Calgary campus to include new affordable and inclusive housing, community health services, and expanded programming space. Our work includes feasibility and land-use analysis, financial modelling across multiple social enterprise streams (including aquatics, physiotherapy, research, counselling, bottle depot, child care, and parking), and the development of a funding and partnership strategy. This integrated modelling ensures the future campus is both mission-aligned and operationally sustainable over the long term.

Larkspur Projects is located in Calgary, on the ancestral and traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy — the Niitsitapi peoples, including the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Piikani.
