Impact

First on Seventeenth is poised to be a catalyst for urban renewal — contributing to a vibrant, mixed-use district that enhances economic activity and downtown livability.

Led by Fergal in his former role, First on Seventeenth is an ambitious mixed-use, multi-tower development planned for a 65,700 sq. ft. Beltline site acquired in 2022. The project includes residential, commercial, and retail uses, and is currently advancing joint-venture negotiations with an adjoining landowner. Positioned at a prominent intersection on 17th Avenue SW, the development aligns with the major reinvestment in the Victoria Park Culture & Entertainment District and the reopening of pedestrian access to Stampede Park.
