Lynnbrooke has contributed much-needed rental housing to Calgary’s inner city, combining efficient design with high-quality, sustainable construction — providing 54 new homes that support community growth and affordability.
Fergal, in his former role, managed the development and delivery of Lynnbrooke, a six-storey wood-frame residential building in Calgary with 54 rental apartments above a single level of parking. The project was completed on a tight site and during a period of severe labour shortages and supply chain disruptions, requiring adaptive scheduling and cost management. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered on budget, with strong rental demand and lease rates exceeding financial targets.
