The Gabriel is delivering high-quality rental housing in a rapidly growing U.S. market, integrating landscape, amenities, and thoughtful design to support community-centred living.

Led by Fergal in his former role, The Gabriel is a 288-unit, garden-style multifamily community in Georgetown, Texas overlooking the San Gabriel River and the Georgetown Country Club. During construction, the discovery of latent environmental risk necessitated rapid problem-solving and agile redesign to maintain project viability and schedule. The first phase of occupancy is expected in 2024.

Larkspur Projects is located in Calgary, on the ancestral and traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy — the Niitsitapi peoples, including the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Piikani.
