The masterplan will guide the creation of a complete and connected residential community — expanding housing choice while supporting quality of life through integrated recreation, services, and amenities.

Led by Fergal in his former role, the Terrell Lands Masterplan is shaping the long-term vision for a 420-acre property acquired in 2022. The plan envisions a multi-phase development with approximately 1,200 single-family homes, 1,200 multi-family apartments, and community amenities including recreation and neighbourhood-scale retail. The strategy balances near-term housing demand with long-range phasing, infrastructure planning, and market positioning.
