Redefined Calgary’s downtown skyline with an efficient, sustainable workplace that set a new benchmark for design excellence in commercial development.

Fergal, in his former role, led the delivery of 707 Fifth — a 28-storey, 550,000 sq. ft. Class-A office tower in downtown Calgary designed by SOM Chicago. The project features a high-performance triple-glazed curtain wall system, engineered and procured internationally, along with advanced building systems to support long-term efficiency and tenant comfort. His work spanned design coordination, procurement strategy, construction oversight, and successful delivery to market in a competitive downtown environment
